Problem

Small businesses, freelancers, and consultants need professional documents constantly, invoices, proposals, contracts, HR paperwork, but hiring a designer or specialist for each one is slow and expensive. Generic templates full of placeholder text aren't good enough to send to a client.

A legal document template platform built specifically for Kenya, the UK, and common-law jurisdictions, generating jurisdiction-compliant contracts, tenancy agreements, employment documents, and more in seconds.

Problem

Legal documents are jurisdiction-specific: a Kenyan employment contract needs NSSF and SHIF fields, a UK one needs to reference the Employment Rights Act and IR35. Off-the-shelf US templates don't hold up, and full legal drafting for every routine document is slow and costly.

A dedicated legal-document platform covering Kenya, England & Wales, and international common-law jurisdictions: employment contracts, NDAs, tenancy agreements, IP licenses, partnership documents, affidavits, and more, with jurisdiction-specific compliance fields (Kenya: NSSF/SHIF, KRA PIN; UK: ERA 1996, IR35) and one-click translation into 12 languages.

A property management platform built around M-Pesa, handling tenant and landlord dashboards and payment reconciliation for a market where most rent moves through mobile money. Design by Elo's partner; built solo by Elo. Live and in use.

Problem

Property management tools built for other markets assume card or bank-based rent payments. In Kenya, most transactions run through M-Pesa, and reconciling those payments against tenants, units, and landlords by hand doesn't scale.
